BWFAC WELFARE POLICY

Blackpool Wyre and Fylde AC is committed to the Safeguarding and Welfare of all its members and has agreed to adopt the UKA Athletics safeguarding policy. The club's Welfare Officer is Sue Ball. Part of Sue's remit is to ensure ourselves that all licences and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS - formerly Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)) documentation is in place and up to date.

This is important because the Club is now accredited for Clubmark and can be audited by a representative from England Athletics who can request sight of this information.

Sue can be contacted by email and is normally available at Stanley Park track on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 4.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.
