Stan Taylor’s Sessions

Stan’s normal weekly Sessions are held as follows;

Monday 6.30 pm

Wednesday 6.30 pm

Saturday 10.00 am (variable)

Please note that the emphasis is on endurance with a view to running cross-country in the Winter, and middle-distance in the Summer months.

The venues may change from week to week, with the necessary details sent each Sunday via email.
