All throwers and jumpers will receive four trials in each event. Two warm-up trials.
Masters and Para throwers may throw their appropriate weight implements.
Order of Events
Entry Fee: £6.00 for each event. No more than 3 events per athlete.

Please note:
U/13’s AND U/15’s are only allowed to compete in one distance event per meeting
U/13: 800 or 1500m U/15: 800 or 1500 or 3000m

All entrants shall be deemed to have made themselves familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of athletics, for 12 months from the meeting date 30th March 2024, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
