All throwers and jumpers will receive four trials in each event. Two warm-up trials.
Masters and Para throwers may throw their appropriate weight implements.
Order of Events The Timetable will be produced once entries close.
Entry Fee: £6.50 for each event. No more than 3 events per athlete.

U/14’s AND U/16’s are only allowed to compete in one distance event per meeting
U/14: 800 or 1500m U/16: 800 or 1500 or 3000m
